【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversthequantitativedeterminationofsaturates,olefins,aromaticsandoxygenatesinspark-ignitionenginefuelsbymultidimensionalgaschromatography.Eachhydrocarbontypecanbereportedeitherbycarbonnumber(seeNote1)orasatotal.Note1-TherecanbeanoverlapbetweentheCandCaromatics;however,thetotalisaccurate.IsopropylbenzeneisresolvedfromtheCaromaticsandisincludedwiththeotherCaromatics.Thistestmethodisapplicabletospark-ignitionenginefuelwithtotalaromaticcontentupto50%(V/V),totalolefiniccontentupto30%(V/V)andoxygencompoundsupto15%(V/V).Thistestmethodisnotintendedtodetermineindividualhydrocarboncomponentsexceptbenzene.OxygenatesasspecifiedinTestMethodD4815havebeenverifiednottointerferewithhydrocarbons.Withintheroundrobinsampleset,thefollowingoxygenateshavebeentested:MTBE,ethanol,ETBE,andTAME.OtheroxygenatescanbedeterminedandquantifiedusingTestMethodD4815orD5599.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
