【摘要】:1ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestheacceptanceinspectionprocedurethatthepurchaseroffastenersmustfollowinordertodeterminewhetheralotoffastenerswillbeacceptedorrejectedincaseswherenoothersuchprocedurewasagreedwiththesupplieratthetimethefastenerswereordered.Additionalrequirementsforacceptancemaybeincludedinaspecificproductstandard(forexample,oneonprevailingtorque-typenuts).Thesameprocedureisalsotobeappliedincaseswhereconformancetospecificationisdisputed.2ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletobolts,screws,studs,nuts,pins,washers,blindrivetsandotherrelatedfastenersnotintendedforhighvolumemachineassembly,special-purposeapplicationsorspeciallyengineeredapplicationsrequiringgreaterin-processcontrolandlottraceability(seethenoteintheintroduction).Theprocedurefortheseproductsshallbeagreeduponbythesupplierandthepurchaserpriortotheconfirmationoftheorder.3ThisInternationalStandardisapplicableonlytofullymanufacturedproducts;itneitherimpliesnorincludesanyparticularin-processcontrolprocedureorinspectionduringproduction.4Theproductionofaccessories,servicesandpartiallyfabricatedparts(forexample,washers,nuts,plating,heattreatmentandblanks)foruseinthemanufactureoffastenersmaybesubcontractedtoothersuppliersbythefastenersupplier.Nevertheless,thesupplierofthefinal,finishedproductshallbesolelyresponsibleforthefastener'squality.TherequirementsofthisInternationalStandardapplyonlytotheconditionoffastenersatthetimeofdelivery.Anyprocesscarriedoutafterreceipt(forexample,plating)willinvalidatetherequirementsofthisInternationalStandard.5AnnexB(informative)offersguidanceto,andanexplanationof,theprinciplesuponwhichthisInternationalStandardisbased.
