【摘要】:Thistestmethodevaluatestheenergyconsumptionandcookingperformanceofconveyortoasters.Thefoodserviceoperatorcanusethisevaluationtoselectaconveyortoasterandunderstanditsenergyconsumption.Thistestmethodisapplicabletogasandelectricconveyortoasters.Theconveyortoastercanbeevaluatedwithrespecttothefollowing(whereapplicable):Energyinputrateandpreheattemperatureprofile,Preheatenergyconsumptionandtime(10.3),Idleenergyrate(10.4),Pilotenergyrate(ifapplicable,10.5),Cookingenergyrate(10.8),andProductioncapacity(10.8).Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.TheSIunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thistestmethodmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operations,andequipment.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
