【摘要】:1ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesrequire-mentsformagneticparticleinspectionofthetubebodyofseamlessandweldedsteeltubesforpressurepurposes,forthedetectionofsurfaceimperfections,accordingtofourdifferentacceptancelevels.ItisintendedthatthisInternationalStandardbeusedtodetectsurfaceimperfectionsonallorpartoftheoutersurfaceoftubes,excludingtheend/bevelface,asmayberequiredbytherelevantproductsstan-dards.However,itmaybeappliedtotheinsidesur-faceoveralimitedlengthfromtheendsoftubes,dependentonthetubediameter,byagreementbe-tweenthepurchaserandmanufacturer.2Inaddition,thisInternationalStandardmaybeused,asappropriate,tolocatethepositionofexternalsurfaceimperfections,detectedbyanothernon-destructivetestingmethod,forexample,ultrasonics,priortodressingofthetubesurface,andtoensurecompleteremovaloftheimperfectionafterdressingiscomplete.
