【摘要】:1.1ThistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftheStartingThreshold,DistanceConstant,TransferFunction,andOff-AxisResponseofacupanemometerorpropelleranemometerfromdirectmeasurementinawindtunnel.1.2Thistestmethodprovidesforameasurementofcupanemometerorpropelleranemometerperformanceintheenvironmentofwindtunnelflow.Transferenceofvaluesdeterminedbythesemethodstoatmosphericflowmustbedonewithanunderstandingthatthereisadifferencebetweenthetwoflowsystems.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
