【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60728providestheminimumperformancerequirementstobefulfilledinoperationatthesystemoutletorterminalinputanddescribesthesummationcriteriafortheimpairmentspresentinthereceivedsignalsandthoseproducedbytheCATV/MATV/SMATVcablenetwork,includingindividualreceivingsystems.NOTE1Whenachangeofsignalformatismadeattheheadend,thesummationoftheimpairmentsdoesnotapply(seealsoClause57H7).Inabuildingdividedintoapartmentblocks,thesignalsreceivedbytheantennasaredistributedbytheMATV/SMATVcablenetworkuptothehomenetworkinterface(HNI);thetelevisionsignalsarethendistributed(insidethehome)byhomenetworks(HN)ofvarioustypesuptothesystemoutletorterminalinput.Thecablenetworkcansupporttwowayoperation,fromthesystemoutlet(orterminalinput)towardstheheadend.Thehomenetworkcanusecoaxialcables,balancedpaircables,fibreopticcables(glassorplastic)andalsowirelesslinksinsidearoom(orasmallnumberofadjacentrooms)toreplacewiredcords.ThispartofIEC60728isapplicabletocablenetworksintendedfortelevisionsignals,soundsignalsandinteractiveservicesoperatingbetweenabout5MHzand3000MHz.Thefrequencyrangeisextendedto6000MHzforhomedistributiontechniquesthatreplacewiredcordswithawirelesstwowaycommunicationinsidearoom(orasmallnumberofadjacentrooms)thatusesthe5GHzto6GHzfrequencyband.64H64H64H58HFigure1showsthemainsectionsofageneralCATV/MATV/SMATVsystem,indicatingthepartsoftheIEC60728-1seriesdocumentswheretherelevantperformancerequirementsareindicated.?TherequirementsforthesignalsreceivedattheheadendaregiveninClause6ofIEC60728-1.?TherequirementsfortheCATV/MATV/SMATVcablenetwork,assuminganunimpairedinputsignalattheinputoftheheadend,uptothesystemoutletaregiveninIEC60728-1,Clause5.?TherequirementsfortheCATV/MATV/SMATVcablenetworkuptothehomenetworkinterface(HNI)aregiveninIEC60728-1,Clause7,assuminganunimpairedinputsignalattheinputoftheheadend.?ThespecificrequirementsfromHNItothesystemoutletorterminalinputaregiveninIEC60728-1-1,Clause5,assuminganunimpairedinputsignalattheHNI.?TherequirementsatthesystemoutletinoperationaregiveninClause7ofthisstandard.Theexpression“inoperation”meansthatthereceivedsignals,withtheirimpairments,areappliedtotheheadendinputoftheCATV/MATV/SMATVcablenetwork.Therequirementsatthesystemoutlet“inoperation”arederived,therefore,bysummingtheimpairmentsofthevariouscascadedpartsofthesystemandoftheinputsignal.Whenachangeofsignalformatfromanaloguetoanalogue(e.g.fromFMtoAM-VSB)orfromdigitaltodigital(e.g.fromQPSKtoQAM)orfromdigitaltoanalogue(e.g.fromDVB-S/S2toAM-VSBorDVB-TtoAM-VSB)ismadeattheheadend,thesummationoftheimpairmentsthatproducearelaxationofrequirementsatsystemoutletdoesnotapply.Suchacasewillbetheequivalenceofunimpairedsignalsappliedattheheadendinput.ThereforetherequirementsatsystemoutletgiveninIEC60728-1apply.Thisstandardalsoprovidesreferencesforthebasicmethodsofmeasurementoftheoperationalcharacteristicsofthedownstreamcablenetworkinordertoassessitsperformance.Allrequirementsrefertotheperformancelimitstobeachievedinoperationatanysystemoutletwhenterminatedinaresistanceequaltothenominalloadimpedanceofthesystem,unlessotherwisespecified.Wheresystemoutletsarenotused,theaboveappliestotheterminalinput.
